Celebration Ministries was founded in 1985. Al and Tracie have been the heart and soul of Willowood Ranch since its start in 2001, bringing their rich music and youth ministry history to the retreat setting.
Their passion lies in creating a haven where artists and leaders can find rest and reconnect with Christ, combating burnout in a place of peace. Through their hands-on involvement, Al and Tracie continue to foster a space of rest and renewal at Willowood Ranch.

Ranch Events Manager
Miranda Warlick
A dedicated event planner and proud mother of three, Miranda joined the Willowood team in 2022. Since beginning her event planning career in 2020, she has specialized in coordinating weddings, retreats, and special events, bringing a heart of service and a commitment to excellence to every occasion.
At Willowood, Miranda leads by focusing on creating seamless experiences for guests. She believes hospitality is a calling and views her work as a way to live out her faith by serving others with care, organization, and joy.
Miranda’s dedication to faith and family shines through in her work, making her an integral part of the Willowood Ranch community.
Retreat and Property Care Team
Damon and Susan Delaney
Damon and Susan Delaney are a devoted couple serving at Willowood Ranch. As parents to six grown children, they are deeply rooted in faith and family.
As the Property Caretaker, Damon ensures the ranch's facilities and grounds are well-maintained, creating a serene environment for guests. Susan, a member of the Retreat Care Team, works directly with retreat groups, offering comfort and organization to enhance their experience.
The Delaneys provide additional support to retreat groups during their time at Willowood Ranch, embodying servant leadership and fostering a space where others can encounter Christ and find renewal.

Brian Gardner, Chef
An accomplished chef and dedicated family man, Chef Brian's life is deeply rooted in faith and service. As Co-founder of Heart of a Matter Ministries (HOAMM), a nonprofit based in Sherman, Texas, Brian leads in service-based ministry.
In addition to mission work, Chef Gardner's 12+ years of experience in private event catering have created a unique partnership opportunity. The Humble Chef offers personalized dining experiences for events ranging from intimate retreats to large weddings.
Brian's relationship with Christ and his family is the driving force behind his endeavors. His commitment to faith and family fuels his passion for serving others in his ministry work and culinary pursuits.
