Who is Willowood Ranch

Celebration Ministries has been ministering to students and churches globally since 1985. In 2001, Celebration Ministries established Willowood Ranch as a sanctuary where those specifically in ministry could retreat, connect deeply with Christ, and immerse themselves in a place of peace. By providing exceptional retreat and fellowship accommodations, we collaborate with numerous ministries and churches nationwide to teach and encourage leaders and pastors. Since its inception, Willowood Ranch Retreats has developed into a versatile venue capable of accommodating individual couples, pastoral sabbaticals, men's and women's retreats, marriage retreats, family reunions, weddings, music festivals, and many other events.

Beliefs about Ministry

Christians are called to lead a holy life of service and testimony, empowered by the Holy Spirit. This service involves proclaiming the gospel message to the entire world. Through spiritual gifts, participation in ordinances, and the institution of marriage, we can better understand who God is and how He loves us. A deeper understanding of who God is and how He loves us. (1 Pet. 1:15-16; Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 3:12-17; John 14:1-3)

Core Beliefs

Jesus is the Son of God and is equal with God as part of the Trinity (John 1:1, 49; Luke 22:70; Mark 3:11; Philippians 2:5–11)

  • Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; John 8:29)

  • Jesus was crucified to pay the penalty for our sins (Matthew 26:28; 1 Corinthians 15:2–4)

  • Jesus rose from the dead (Luke 24:46; Mark 16:6)

  • We are saved by the grace of God; that is, we cannot add to or take away from Christ’s finished work on the cross as full payment for our sin (Ephesians 2:8–9)

Beliefs about Marriage

The Bible says that from the beginning God established the sacred covenant of marriage as one man and one woman faithfully joined together by God as one flesh until death. (Gen. 1:27, 2:24, Matt. 19:1-9, Mark 10:1-12, Heb. 13:4, Eph. 5:22-33, Rom.7:2,3)
