Arrive & Meet

Leadership teams are encouraged to arrive early to set up, get settled in, and prayerfully prepare for guests. Willowood Ranch is designed to provide retreat and overnight gathering spaces for ministries, teams, and organizations to host meaningful experiences in a peaceful setting.

As guests arrive, they are welcomed by the ranch's beauty and quiet, creating space to slow down, connect, and prepare for the time ahead.

Day Two

Day two is often where guests begin to fully settle into the retreat experience at Willowood Ranch. The day may begin with coffee, quiet time, prayer, worship, or fellowship before moving into the heart of the retreat.

Each retreat is shaped around the needs of the group. Time can be structured for teaching, Bible study, leadership sessions, team building, or intentional fellowship. Guests may also enjoy activities like horseback riding, fishing, outdoor gathering spaces, and time to simply rest and connect.

No two retreats are exactly alike. Every group brings a different purpose, and the ranch is designed to provide flexible spaces that support both meaningful instruction and memorable experiences together.

Day Three

Look Forward & Wrap Up

Day three is often a time to reflect, reconnect, and look ahead. Groups may gather for a final meal, prayer time, worship session, or discussion as they process what was learned and experienced together at Willowood Ranch.

As the retreat comes to a close, guests leave not only with memories from the ranch but with renewed relationships, a fresh perspective, and encouragement to carry back into everyday life and ministry.

While the retreat may end, the impact often continues long after guests leave the ranch.

How It Works

  • Your retreat at Willowood Ranch can be as big or as small as you need. Whether you are planning a quiet getaway for one or two guests or hosting a larger overnight gathering, the ranch offers flexible options to fit your group.

    Reserve a private king cabin for a peaceful personal retreat, select a few houses for your leadership team, or reserve the entire property with accommodations for up to 48 overnight guests. Each retreat is customizable based on your group size, goals, and desired experience.

  • Come visit Willowood Ranch and experience the property for yourself. Walk the spaces, explore the lodging, and meet our team so we can learn more about your vision for your retreat or gathering.

    Tours are a great opportunity to ask questions, discuss group needs, and make sure the ranch is the right fit for your team, ministry, or organization.

  • Once you’re ready to move forward, a member of our team will send your group or organization a digital contract to review and sign. After the agreement is completed and the reservation payment is submitted, your retreat dates will be officially secured at Willowood Ranch.

    From there, our team will help guide you through the next steps as you begin planning your retreat experience.

  • We recommend arranging transportation to and from Willowood Ranch as early as possible to help ensure a smooth arrival for your group.

    Please note that Willowood Ranch does not provide shuttle or transportation services, so guests and groups are responsible for coordinating their own travel arrangements.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
